Question 19

Special Attributes

Variable; 6 possible jokes

Badly Drawn Dawg (character by Splapp)

Question 19 of The Impossible Quizmas sees the return of Badly Drawn Dawg. Similarly to Question 50 of The Impossible Quiz 2, there is a scene to play out. This time, you must complete a Christmas scene with him and his bitch in a 2-part question.

In the first part, the two dogs bite the opposite sides of a Christmas cracker. To progress, you must move Badly Drawn Dawg away from the bitch, using the left arrow key. Once the two dogs are far enough apart, the Christmas cracker will explode, and its contents fall down on the mangled dogs; the paper crown lands on the bitch, while the joke lands between them.

Badly Drawn Dawg will then pick up the paper, transitioning to part 2 of the question, in which the objective is to answer the randomised joke. Upon answering correctly, we get a final scene of him grinning and snickering hoarsely, before proceeding to the next question. There are 6 possible variations, as seen below. The answers are low brow humour, similarly to the jokes found in actual Christmas crackers.

Possible Jokes in Part 2

"What happened to the man that stole an Advent Calendar?" - "He got 25 Days" (prison time; also the amount of days on an Advent Calendar)

"What's the most popular Christmas Wine?" - "I don't like Sprouts" (Christmas whine)

"How do you keep cool at a football match?" - "Stand next to a fan" (cooling fan, not a football fan)

"What do you call a blind reindeer?" - "No Idea" (no-eye-deer)

"What shoes can't you wear?" - "Tissues" ("-ssues" is pronounced the same as "shoes")

"How much does venison cost?" - "It's Deer" (its deer; the deer it came from)

Question 24

Safe Question

Beta Question 38

Question 24 of The Impossible Quiz is the second unskippable question of the game, and also the first safe question, as there is no way for you to lose a life here. There is a small box with differently coloured stripes. Moving your mouse over each of the stripes will make several similarly-coloured letters appear above the box. There are different letters for each coloured stripe, and a few symbols as well.

If you rapidly scroll your mouse back and forth over the box, you will be able to read the message formed by all of the letters, which says "Click the 'V' in lives". So click on the letter V in the word "Lives" at the bottom left corner of the screen in order to proceed.

  • An earlier version of this question originated as Question 38 in The Impossible Quiz Beta, an unreleased extended version of the Demo which included 10 extra questions. Screenshots of the extra questions were released by Splapp-Me-Do on his Tumblr page on January 2014. In number 38, which had a black background with stuff scribbled in white on top of it, moving your mouse over the circles in the bottom would make a message appear, which said "Click the top right hand corner".
